These terms govern your use of the website surfstyk.com and any services provided through it, including the Justec virtual assistant (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

The Service is operated by Surfstyk Limited ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service.

Surfstyk provides an AI-powered virtual front desk that handles customer conversations on behalf of businesses. The Service includes automated chat responses, appointment scheduling, and related communication tools.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or malicious content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission.

All content, design, code, and branding on this website are owned by Surfstyk Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

When you send messages through the Justec chat, you retain ownership of the content you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and analyse your messages for the purpose of delivering the Service and improving its quality.

We handle all user content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If you book a consultation or purchase a service through the platform, payment processing is handled by third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal). All payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment provider.

Prices and availability are subject to change. We will confirm the final price before any payment is processed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Surfstyk Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or EUR 100, whichever is greater.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the AI assistant's responses will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
